I have been attending small group sessions with La Croix throughout lockdown, either on-line or face to face when we were able.

I have seen a huge improvement in my general mobility, strength and cardio and i sleep better at night, particularly directly after a class. Nicola is compassionate, supportive and knowledgeable, ensuring that with my old injuries I am building strength to support those areas as well as developing core and full body strength. I feel more rested and clear headed and can’t wait for yoga!!

My profession means I am on my feet a lot, looking down and irritating an old cervical spine injury. My physio suggested yoga to build strength and protect these vulnerable areas from receptive stress. I have been working with La Croix for 2 years now and I have not seen my physio since.

My overall wellbeing is much better, i have better overall strength and my mobility and flexibility are much improved. I was sceptical, as I don’t like the ‘hippy’ stuff, but La Croix made sure my class was tailored to me and my needs, adjusted to my injuries and I am now a one-2-one weekly student who couldn’t do without my La Croix FIX. love it.
